Module for Prizm Content Connect Plus

The Annotations Module works with Prizm Content Connect Plus to allow easy review, commenting, annotation and markup capabilities right in the viewer. With the Annotation Module, you can streamline the document review and approval process, reduce decision making time, and increase collaboration for your users.

Annotate, markup and collaborate on more than 200 document types and easily integrate with any type of application, Content Management System (CMS), Project Managemet Solution, etc., using the Annotations Module. Each user can add different annotations or open another users annotations and comments. The annotations and comments are individually stored as separate XML files and are associated with the original document, but do not alter or change the original file.

Annotations - Add Comments and Markups On Any Type of Document
The Annotations Module works with Prizm Content Connect Plus' document viewer to provide increased collaboration.

Annotations can be added on any type of document. They are stored outside of the document as an XML file and not written on the document, which allows the original document to be retained for compliance reasons.

Save Annotations On The Server Side
Annotations created by users are saved on the server side as XML files and associated with the original documents. Users have the option to turn annotations on or off and to open annotations created by other users.
