What is Prizm Content Connect?
Prizm Content Connect's document viewer enables viewing any kind of document at a faster speed without downloading anything on client side. The document viewer uses a combination of XML and JavaScript based AJAX and conversion methodologies to create fast rendering of documents on the fly and includes a unique set of capabilities to render, enrich and dynamically deliver content.

Which browsers does Prizm Content Connect work in?
Prizm Content Connect's document viewer basically needs Java script enabled. As long as browsers have that it should work fine.

What document types are supported?

Can I customize it and add my own brand name and logo?
Yes, and there are various options to do so:

CloudConnect Personalization feature let's you add your own brand name to the viewer for a very low cost. You do not need to install the viewer on your server, just link your documents to our server and you are ready to go.
On the other hand, Prizm Content Connect on premise products allow you to install the viewer on your own server and you get full control. You can change look and feel, add your own skin to the viewer or even add your own logo.

How much does it cost?
The CloudConnect product is free, unless you want to personalize it, add your brand, or when you install the viewer software on your servers and embed it into your applications. Click here to learn more about the various products.

What is the difference between Prizm Content Connect - Zero Footprint Viewer, Prizm Content Connect, Prizm Content Connect Plus, and CloudConnect?
CloudConnect - let's you enable your users to view documents directly from your server. No need to buy and set up Prizm Content Conect Server software, just connect to us in the cloud. You maintain your documents on your server and remain in control. You can even add your own brand with the Personalization feature.

Prizm Content Connect - Zero Footprint Viewer, Prizm Content Connect, and Prizm Content Connect Plus are on premise viewers. On premise means you install them on your server and then serve your documents through them, thereby allowing your users to view documents.

The Prizm Content Connect - Zero Footprint document viewer is for PDF, TIFF and Image Viewing, and is included in Prizm Content Connect as an additional, convenient light weight viewing option for your partners and casual users.
The Prizm Content Connect document viewer supports more than 300 file formats.

The Prizm Content Connect Plus document viewer supports more than 300 file formats with high fidelity page level optimization.

Is it secure to link my documents to Prizm Content Connect using CloudConnect?
In CloudConnect, we will not share any of your documents ever. We will not even display them on our website ever. It is up to you on who you send your document links to. Anyone with the document link can get access to the document.
For server based viewer products, since you will install the viewer software on your server, you are responsible who views your documents and how.

What is the maximum file size I can convert?
There is no limit on file or page size, but keep in mind that larger files might mean slower loading, based on Internet speed.

Why can't I upload my document on to your server and share the link with others?
We are not a hosting document company, so we do not keep a copy of your documents.

Can I print my document with Prizm Content Connect?
Yes.
